How We Handle Shipping
Shipping lead times depend on where you're located at but a generalized rundown for different regions is included below. In order to insulate our clients from all hassles involving customs, we now maintain stock in New York (USA), Amsterdam (EU), Toronto (Canada) and Sydney (Australia):
USA & Canada
Shipping within USA and Canada would generally be done using USPS, FedEx, Canada Post, DHL or a 3rd party courier service.
Shipping options include overnight ($35) and regular ($25).
Discrete packaging options are available at an extra charge.
Orders shipped to USA would be shipped from New York.
Orders shipped to Canada would be shipped from Toronto
UK and EU
Shipping within the EU would generally be done using La Poste, Deutsche Post, Royal Mail, PostNL, DHL or a 3rd party courier service.
Shipping options include overnight (€30) and regular (€20).
Discrete packaging options are available at an extra charge.
Orders shipped to Europe and the United Kingdom would be shipped from Amsterdam.
Australia & New Zealand
Shipping within Australia would generally be done using Australia Post, Toll, Sendle, TransDirect or a 3rd party courier service.
Shipping options include overnight ($35) and regular ($25).
Discrete packaging options are available at an extra charge.
Orders shipped in Australia would be shipped from Sydney.
We may ship from another location depending on the availability of the order items. If this is the case, we will duly inform you and further coordinate in order to ensure safe and secure shipment and delivery of the order in question.
